Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party content, and asks you for nothing. The only personal data processed is what any web server unavoidably records in its access log when your browser requests a page, and that is deleted automatically after about two weeks. There is no profiling, no advertising identifier and no data sold to anyone.

BRIGÁDA 972 s.r.o. is the controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for the processing described on this page. We have not appointed a data protection officer; Article 37 GDPR does not require one for processing of this kind. Write to info@zlatina.online for anything in this policy.
2. What we do not do
- We do not set cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party.
- We do not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
- We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics product.
- We do not run advertising pixels, conversion tags or remarketing tags.
- We do not fingerprint your browser or device.
- We load no fonts, scripts, images or stylesheets from any other domain, so no third party learns that you visited.
- We operate no contact form, no newsletter, no comments and no accounts.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.

3. What is processed, and why
One category only.

We do not link log entries to any identity, we do not build profiles from them, and we do not use them for measurement or advertising.
4. Email you send us
If you write to info@zlatina.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message, for the sole purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence — or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns steps taken at your request. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and any legal retention period that applies, then delete it.
5. Recipients
No personal data is shared with advertisers, networks or analytics providers, because none is collected for them. The only third party with access to the access log is the hosting provider that operates the server, acting as our processor under Article 28 GDPR. Our email provider processes messages you send us, likewise as a processor.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
The server hosting this site is located in the European Union. We do not deliberately transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the transfer begins and appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR will be in place.
7. When you leave this site
Following a partner link takes you to a website operated by someone else. From that moment, their privacy policy applies, not ours — and they may well set cookies and track you, because most commercial sites do. We have no control over that and no visibility into it. Read their policy before you register.
Our referrer policy is strict-origin-when-cross-origin, which means an external site is told that you came from https://zlatina.online but is not told which page you were reading.
If you arrive here from an advertisement, the advertising platform may have added campaign parameters to the URL (for example utm_source or msclkid). A small script on this site copies those parameters onto the partner link so the advertiser can attribute the click. Those parameters are not stored by us, not written to your device, and not sent anywhere except as part of the link you choose to click.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise any of them, write to info@zlatina.online.
We should be honest about the practical limit here: because we store no identifiers, we have no way to find “your” records in a server log or to connect an IP address to you. In most cases we will have nothing to give you, and we will tell you that plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). Ours is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7. You may also complain to the authority in the country where you live.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone. The game discussed on this site has its own age rating; check it on the official store listing.
10. Automated decision-making
None. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. This version is dated 21 September 2026. Material changes will also be noted on the corrections page.
