These terms govern your use of the website zlatina.online, operated by BRIGÁDA 972 s.r.o. (see the legal notice). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
zlatina.online is an editorial website that publishes explanatory articles about video games, funded by advertising. It sells nothing, takes no payment, offers no user accounts, hosts no user-generated content and concludes no contracts with visitors.
2. Information only — no advice
Everything here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy anything. Decisions you take after reading are yours.
3. Accuracy, and the limits of it
We write carefully, cite our sources and correct errors (see the editorial policy). Even so, this site describes live products that change without notice. Pages are dated snapshots. Where anything here differs from the information published by the product’s own publisher, the publisher’s information prevails. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free.
4. Partner links
Links marked partner link are commercial. If you register with an advertiser after following one, BRIGÁDA 972 s.r.o. may receive a commission from that advertiser. You pay nothing extra. Following such a link takes you to a third-party website which we neither operate nor control; its terms and its privacy policy apply there, not ours. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, anything you agree with that third party.

6. Intellectual property
The text, structure, stylesheet and original SVG diagrams on this site are © 2026 BRIGÁDA 972 s.r.o.. You may read, print and quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link to the page quoted. You may not republish whole pages, sell the content, or reuse the diagrams commercially without written permission — ask at info@zlatina.online, we are usually happy to say yes.
7. Third-party trade marks
Enlisted, Darkflow Software, Gaijin Entertainment, Steam, PlayStation and Xbox are trade marks or registered trade marks of their respective owners. They are used on this site purely to identify the products discussed, which is permitted nominative use. zlatina.online is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. No screenshots, artwork or other copyrighted material belonging to them is reproduced here.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BRIGÁDA 972 s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Privacy
This site sets no cookies and collects no personal data beyond a short-lived server access log. See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered seat of BRIGÁDA 972 s.r.o., without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
